Come and learn all about steak, different cuts and techniques to grill the perfect steak. We will cover regular searing, reverse sear and using a water bath with Cote de boeuf, Onglet and fillet. All alongside some immaculately chosen wines.

About the event
Looking to perfect your steak and bbq cooking, just for you or to impress your loved ones?
This cookery course is designed to give you the tools you need to prepare and cook amazing steaks and mmm over live fire without the worry of messing it up!
We will be using only the finest meats (grass fed and organic where possible) to learn techniques and craft some lovely dishes for you to try at home. We will cover a few different preparations marinating, regular searing, reverse searing, water bath cooking and also braising.
You will learn how to to clean, prepare and execute all these techniques from start to finish in our lovely little kitchen and also get to 2 glasses of some lovely wine and Bould brothers coffee!
